• Verification documents, visible only to your business team and BBX reviewers.
• Messages, leads, RFPs and bids you send or receive.
• Usage signals such as searches and profile views, used in aggregate.

How we use it

• To run search, profiles, messaging, verification and procurement.
• To show business owners their own analytics.
• To publish aggregate, anonymous marketplace statistics on BBX Intelligence.
• To send account and activity notifications.

What is public

Only published business profiles and the contact details you mark as public. Leads, messages, private business data and verification documents are never public.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers who host and operate the platform, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time from your dashboard, and request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing support@bbxsearch.com.

Security

Access to data is enforced by per-user permission rules; files are stored privately and served through expiring links.
