1. Using BBX

BBX (Black Business Exchange) is a platform for discovering Black-owned businesses, contacting them, and posting and responding to procurement opportunities. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you list.

3. Business listings

• Listings must describe real businesses you own or represent.
• You grant BBX permission to display your public profile content on the platform.
• BBX may edit, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading or violate these terms.

4. Verification

"Verified by BBX" means documents submitted were reviewed at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of quality, financial standing or performance. Verification expires after 12 months.

5. Procurement and bids

RFPs and bids are arrangements between buyers and suppliers. BBX is not a party to any contract formed and is not responsible for the outcome of any engagement.

6. Acceptable use

No spam, scraping, impersonation, unlawful content, or attempts to access data you are not permitted to see.

7. Demonstration content

Some pages contain labeled demonstration data for product visualization. It does not represent real businesses or results.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
